A project born from a personal journey
Olive Alive was never conceived as a hotel. It began as a personal journey: the slow restoration of a hillside, the care of the olive trees, and the desire to create a place where time could return to a more human rhythm.
Over the years, the estate has grown, but its spirit has remained the same: a place where guests are not just visitors, but temporary inhabitants of a living landscape.
Hospitality born from connection
Whenever possible, I personally welcome guests, not out of formality, but because conversations and shared moments are an essential part of the Olive Alive experience.
Many of the most authentic moments arise spontaneously: over a glass of wine at sunset, during dinner, or while walking among the olive trees.
My role is not that of a hotel manager, but of a host who opens his home and shares a way of experiencing Sicily that goes beyond tourism: slower, quieter, and more attentive to the small details that make a stay truly memorable.
Olive Alive Evening
A convivial moment on Italo’s panoramic terrace.
Twice a week, guests are invited to join an informal gathering on the estate’s terrace. A simple moment to share stories, ideas, and the pleasure of being together while the sun sets over the hills.
Olive Alive is, above all, a place shaped by encounters.
And every guest helps write its story. Meet Italo, your host, on his terrace!
