Infiorata di Noto 2025: An Edition Dedicated to Peace and Art

The Infiorata of Noto is one of the most anticipated events of the Sicilian spring: an explosion of colour and creativity that transforms the elegant Via Nicolaci into a magnificent floral carpet. A tradition that began in 1980, the Infiorata celebrates ephemeral art and attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world each year.

Infiorata di Noto 2025: dates and theme

The 46th edition of the Infiorata di Noto will take place from Friday 16 to Tuesday 20 May 2025. This year’s theme, “Peace Becomes Art: the Infiorata that Unites, Hope Beyond Borders”, aims to convey a message of harmony and solidarity. Floral artists will create striking compositions inspired by peace and unity among peoples, turning the Baroque city into a powerful expression of hope and beauty.

During the Infiorata, visitors will be able to admire more than four hundred square metres of floral designs, created using fresh flower petals arranged with care and precision.

The event programme includes:

• The exhibition of the floral carpets along Via Nicolaci;

• Historical costume parades and folk groups;

• Cultural events and art exhibitions;

• Tastings of traditional Sicilian products;

• Live performances and concerts.
